The Main Hall, Courtyard, and Mezzanine create a layered experience for your wedding day — complete with grand staircases, elevated views, and two spacious wedding suites designed for getting ready and gathering together.

THE ULTIMATE MAKEOVER

On a snowy winter evening in 2023, after wandering through the twinkle-lit streets of the Snowflake Stroll in downtown Three Oaks, Jim and Tom noticed something missing. While the town glowed with holiday spirit, the old warehouse at 105 Elm Street sat dark and forgotten.

Once home to a go-kart factory and later an eBay warehouse, the building had remained underutilized for years. Newly retired and deeply connected to the community they loved, Jim and Tom imagined something different — a place where people could gather, celebrate, create, and experience the energy of Three Oaks together.

After a year of restoration and construction, that vision came to life. The front space welcomed Alan Ray’s Coffee Shop, followed by the opening of The Annex — a modern event venue designed for weddings, concerts, art shows, community gatherings, and meaningful celebrations of all kinds.

More than a venue, Commune + Market is a love letter to Three Oaks.

THE ULTIMATE MAKEOVER

On a snowy winter evening in 2023, after wandering through the twinkle-lit streets of the Snowflake Stroll in downtown Three Oaks, Jim and Tom noticed something missing. While the town glowed with holiday spirit, the old warehouse at 105 Elm Street sat dark and forgotten.

Once home to a go-kart factory and later an eBay warehouse, the building had remained underutilized for years. Newly retired and deeply connected to the community they loved, Jim and Tom imagined something different — a place where people could gather, celebrate, create, and experience the energy of Three Oaks together.
